Cortium learns how an organization's best people make decisions. It connects expert reasoning, policies, precedents, and real outcomes in a living knowledge graph, then uses that history to produce structured decisions with cited evidence, calibrated confidence, and a complete audit trail.
It helps junior teammates make better judgment calls now, while learning which decisions can be automated, which need approval, and which should remain recommendations.
